Club Dance

Welcome to the web site of the Plainfield Quakertown Shakers Square Dance Club.
Our club is based in Plainfield, Indiana, USA.  Plainfield is located on US 40 just west of Indianapolis, IN.

Our usual club dance schedule is on the first Friday if the month between the months of October and May.  Dances begin at 7:15 p.m. and end at 10:00 p.m.

Our lessons begin on the First Monday in October and go through the 3rd Monday in May.  We are located in the Plainfield M.S. Kindergarten Gym (Enter through Door #18).  Lessons start at 7:00 p.m. and end at 8:30 p.m.  Square dancing is a healthy, family friendly activity and anyone age 9 and up is eligible to take lessons.  
Our motto is: "Square Dancing is friendship set to music".
